12.11.10 (SATURDAY)
Human remains are found by officer John Malia of the Suffolk County Police Department. He and his trained cadaver dog, a German Shepherd name Blue, had previously been asked by the Suffolk County Police missing persons Department to search the surrounding area for Shannan Gilbert, a sex worker who had gone missing.
